Acceptance
By requesting a visit, accepting an estimate, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not engage DistriCloud services or submit forms through this site.
Services
DistriCloud provides on-site and desk-based professional services related to reserve wallet tracking and reconciliation procedures for distributed operations teams. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written estimate or engagement note confirms scope for each project.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for custody of cash, nomination of witnesses, site access, and internal investigation decisions. DistriCloud does not take overnight custody of funds and does not act as your auditor of record unless a separate written appointment states otherwise.
Intellectual property
Visit notes and handbooks prepared for you may be used internally across your organization. DistriCloud retains ownership of general method templates not customized to your brand. You may not resell DistriCloud materials as a standalone product.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, DistriCloud is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits arising from operational decisions made after a visit. Our aggregate liability related to an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
