Multi-Location Reserve Wallet Reconciliation
On-site counting, variance notes, and a written reconciliation procedure for every location that holds a reserve float.
Who this is for
Regional operations leads and store supervisors who keep a sealed or drawer reserve wallet at each site and need the count to match the handover log after every close.
What you receive
- A physical count of each reserve wallet against denomination sheets
- Variance notes linked to the last known handover entry
- A reconciliation procedure written for your branch layout and shift pattern
- A floor walkthrough with the people who open and seal the float
- A one-page close checklist left with the site supervisor
What is not included
We do not replace your cash-office staff, hold overnight custody of funds, or provide banking or payment processing. Investigation of suspected theft is limited to documenting count gaps; formal inquiries remain with your internal team.
How the visit runs
- Briefing — you share location list, float targets, and current log format.
- On-floor count — we arrive near open or close and count with a nominated witness.
- Procedure draft — same-day notes become a short written procedure for that site.
- Handoff — supervisors walk the sheet once before we leave.
Typical cluster work covers two to four nearby branches in a day when travel allows. Larger networks schedule sequential days.
Preparation
Have float target amounts, blank denomination sheets, and access to the sealed wallet ready. Assign one witness per site who can stay for the full count.
Next step
Request a visit with your location count and preferred weeks. We reply within two business days with proposed dates and a day-rate estimate.
