When to call
Use this visit when a wallet shortfall or surplus has carried across two or more closes and the shift notes no longer explain the gap.
What we do
We rebuild the recent handover trail with your supervisor, recount the wallet and related change bags, and produce a dated discrepancy sheet you can file with regional management. Mild process gaps are corrected on the spot; unresolved gaps are listed with the last trusted count.
Limits
We do not interview staff as a formal investigation body and we do not contact banks on your behalf.
