Data we collect

  • Contact form fields: name, email, optional engagement interest, location count notes, and message content
  • Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when required for security of hosting
  • Cookie preference stored in your browser under a DistriCloud-prefixed key

We do not ask for payment card numbers, national identification numbers, or photographs of cash on this website.

Purposes

We use inquiry data to respond to visit requests, prepare estimates, and keep records of engagements. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand which pages are read.

Retention

Inquiry emails and form records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, or longer when required for active contracts, accounting, or legal claims. Cookie preference values remain until you clear site data.

Your rights

Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics.
