What a typical cluster day looks like
Morning brief at the first branch, counts at two or three nearby sites, and an end-of-day note to the regional lead summarizing variances. Overnight stops are used when branches sit outside a single metro travel radius.
Who should be present
One nominated witness with access to the sealed wallet, plus the shift supervisor if they are different people. Head-office observers are welcome but not required.
After we leave
You keep the sheets. A short phone review is available in the following week if logs show a new pattern. Ongoing monthly spot-checks can be scheduled once the first cluster is complete.
