Planning a three-branch reconciliation day in one metro area
Travel order, witness timing, and when to stop adding a fourth site to the same calendar day.
A good cluster day respects open and close windows more than map distance. Two branches that close at 22:00 and sit twenty minutes apart can share an evening; a third that closes at 21:00 may need a separate morning visit even if it looks nearby on a map.
We usually sequence by handover time, not by highway convenience. Confirm witness availability the day before — a missing witness costs more time than a longer drive. Leave thirty quiet minutes between sites for writing variance notes while details are fresh.
If a fourth site appears on the wish list, ask whether its float target and seal method already match the others. If not, give it its own half-day so the procedure write-up does not blur three different layouts into one vague sheet.
