Building a denomination sheet that branch staff will actually fill
Keep the grid short, match the notes you really stock, and leave space for the one exception that always appears.
Long denomination sheets look thorough and die in the drawer. Floor staff skip lines when the sheet asks for coins the branch never stocks or for note values that never sit in the reserve wallet.
When DistriCloud drafts a sheet for a cluster, we start from what is actually inside the sealed float on day one. If the wallet holds only ₩5,000, ₩10,000, and ₩50,000 notes, those are the only columns. A single “other / payout” line captures the exception without inviting creative arithmetic.
Print the sheet at a size that fits beside the bag. Laminate one master and keep blank pads nearby. Train the witness to speak totals aloud while the closer writes — two senses catch more mistakes than one silent pass.
